Strangely Familiar: Design and Everyday Life and Very Familiar: 50 Years of
Collecting Decorative Arts opened concurrently and I was fortunate to work on
the banners, signage, gallery graphics, invitations and gallery guides for both. The
challenge came in trying to make these very different exhibitions (with Strangely
Familiar already having a graphic system established by the Walker Art Center)
keep a consistency while still having their own individual look.
